Paris’s leading festival Rock en Seine gets even bigger for its 20th anniversary with these major line up additions for 23rd, 25th, 26th and 27th August. Over four incredible days, the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud will welcome the world’s biggest stars… Billie Eilish, Placebo, The Chemical Brothers, Florence + The Machine and The Strokes with exceptional new acts announced today: Christine and The Queens, boygenius, Romy, Amyl and the Sniffers, Nova Twins, Bonobo, Gaz Coombes and many more.

Placebo will be back on the Paris stage on Friday 25th August, 11 years on from their last visit to the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud. Six further incredible artists will join this line up: France’s international superstar Christine and the Queens will join the bill off the back of the timely release of their brand new album PARANOÏA, ANGELS, TRUE LOVE. US indie Also on the line up is supergroup boygenius, the brilliant brainchild of Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker, and Lucy Dacus. Romy is best known as one third of The xx, who in recent years has been expertly carving out her solo career with her euphoric pop bangers ‘Lifetime’ and ‘Strong’. Swedish punk outfit Viagra Boys will rock up from Stockholm, plus Parisian singer Silly Boy Blue. They join Fever Ray, Turnstile and Bertrand Belin.

On Saturday 26th August, Rock en Seine will welcome the ultimate party headliners, electronic music’s most iconic duo The Chemical Brothers and the heavenly force of nature Florence + The Machine. This billing has it all, from the disco pop of L’Impératrice to the soft, dreamy sound of Ethel Cain, the hyper contagious club sounds of electronic brothers Overmono. Turkish psychedelic rock group Altin Gün and Israeli electro singer Noga Erez. Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Tamino, Charlotte De Witte and Dry Cleaning also are on this spectacular Saturday bill.

Rock en Seine 2023 comes to a close on Sunday 27th August and will leave music fans on the ultimate festival high. None other than New York legends The Strokes will make their Rock en Seine debut, a headliner that has been 20 years in the making. Australian punk rockers Amyl and the Sniffers and London rock duo Nova Twins will undoubtedly rev up the crowds for the final day, alongside Supergrass original Gaz Coombes. Offering some alternative sounds on the day are acclaimed London DJ and producer Bonobo and French singer-songwriter, singer and rapper, Zed Yun PavarottiFoals, Angel Olsen, Wet Leg, The Murder Capital complete our Rock en Seine line up for its amazing 20th anniversary!

The utterly brilliant, 21-year-old era defining artist Billie Eilish tops the bill for the opening day of Rock en Seine on Wednesday 23rd August. Classically & contemporary-trained drummer and percussionist Lucie Antunes is added to the bill for a hometown show. Eilish will also be joined by previously announced Girl In Red, Tove Lo and Hannah Grae.
